Keith Davis is a licensed REALTOR® in both Tennessee and Virginia, proudly serving the East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia areas. He specializes in residential home buying and selling.
After 15 years (and counting) as a personal trainer, Keith realized real estate was another way to help people reach life-changing goals. Becoming a homeowner is a lifestyle, just like health and fitness, it’s something you must wake up and invest time and effort into every day. He loves being part of that process.
One thing Keith enjoys most about real estate is the challenge it brings. He gets a genuine kick out of helping people solve problems, and it brings him joy to help clients do just that with honesty, hustle, and a never-give-up, optimistic attitude.
With nearly two years of experience, Keith hold two prestigious distinctions from the National Association of REALTORS®— the Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) Endorsement and the At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) Certification.
The C2EX Endorsement reflects his dedication to the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client service. The AHWD Certification demonstrates his ability to work effectively with clients from all backgrounds, promoting fairness, understanding, and inclusion throughout the real estate process.
Coming from a military family, Keith had the opportunity to live in different places growing up, but Virginia always felt like home. His family eventually settled in Big Stone Gap, and he has been proud to call this area home ever since.
Keith is a man of faith who strives to put God first in all things. He has been married to his beautiful wife for 22 years, and together they have three sons - one attending the University of Virginia, another at UVA-Wise, and the third a dedicated, hard-working young man already making his mark on the world.
In his free time, Keith enjoys long rides on his Peloton, evening walks with his wife and their dog Tyson, and spending quiet time reading and studying the Bible.
Living and working across Southwest Virginia and East Tennessee has shown Keith how closely connected these communities are, where everyone seems to know someone you know. Coming from a larger city environment, He truly appreciates the friendliness and sense of belonging found here. The warmth, safety, and genuine hospitality of the people make this region a truly special place to live, raise a family, and call home.

National Association of REALTORS® Official Certification - At Home With Diversity®
At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) is a NAR certification program designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. Since 1998, the At Home With Diversity® program has prepared over 20,000 REALTORS® to work effectively with and within today's increasingly diverse pool of homebuyers.
The At Home with Diversity® course is a 6-to-7 hour class that can be taken online or in person and addresses the topics of diversity, fair housing, and business planning development. After successfully completing the course, REALTORS® are eligible to apply for the official AHWD certification, which conveys to clients they're working with a dynamic real estate professional with expertise that transcends cultural barriers.
