Brooke loves getting to know her clients and figuring out what kind of home makes them light up. She has built strong relationships with lenders and closing agents who share her values and her obsession with great communication. Together, they all work toward one goal: making your real estate dreams a reality without the unnecessary drama.
A Southwest Virginia native and lifelong Tri-Cities local, Brooke first fell in love with real estate while remodeling her own home and realizing how good it feels to turn chaos into something beautiful.
Before real estate, she spent more than 15 years in the medical field and customer service, which taught her patience, empathy, and how to stay calm when things get weird. All skills that come in handy in real estate. Brooke is someone you can reach out to anytime, during the process and long after closing, because she genuinely enjoys keeping in touch. Sometimes that means a quick text about market trends, and sometimes it’s just dinner and good conversation.
When she's not working with clients, she is usually reading with a cat on her lap, taking photos, going to festivals, or planning her next trip. Brooke loves to explore, and that same curiosity fuels her excitement in helping people find their dream home.
