Sarah Hopkins, a Kingsport, TN native, finds joy in real estate and serving her clients. With a keen eye for visual aesthetics, she excels in enhancing homes and spaces to showcase their full potential. Sarah’s hands-on expertise and knowledge of the current real estate market, interior design, landscaping and staging have successfully helped all her clients sell their properties. Prior to entering real estate, Sarah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Sciences from East Tennessee State University. She has 8 years of experience as a store manager and 7 years experience as a Teachers’s Assistant at Kingsport City Schools. This diverse background has honed her communication skills, adaptability to challenges, dedication to staying organized, being prepared, staying positive in all situations, the ability to negotiate and ensure successful transactions with ease. Sarah believes in building long lasting relationships with every client by supporting, teaching and by working hard to make the entire experience as smooth and pleasant as possible.
When Sarah is not working, she is enjoying quality time with her husband, Justin, her daughter Aliezah, her son Darryl, and their two dogs, Bonnie and Max. During her free time, you will most likely find Sarah at her daughter’s golf tournaments, her son’s Cub Scouts events, or on weekend adventures like hiking, camping, and kayaking.
