Allison Eldridge has been a lifelong resident of the Southwest Virginia region. She was born in Big Stone Gap, VA and has lived in Jonesville, VA her entire life. Allison attended Lee High School, received an Associates Degree from Mountain Empire Community College, and additionally received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from UVA-Wise. Allison has previously worked as a Therapeutic Day Treatment counselor in the Lee County Public School system and currently owns a pet grooming business in her hometown. She was led to a career in real estate through her love of helping people.

Allison currently holds a Tennessee real estate license and is working toward her licensure in Virginia. Allison finds real estate rewarding because you’re helping people find the perfect home where they’ll make many years of memories with family and friends. She brings excellent communication and problem solving skills to the table to help her clients. Allison plans to redefine real estate by performing her duties at the very highest level while also creating a lasting, trusting bond with her clients.

Allison is truly an animal lover. She has dogs, cats, lizards, a snake, ponies, and chickens! Allison enjoys binging new TV series, kickboxing, kayaking, and exploring new places. She also enjoys spending quality time with her pets and family, including her nephew who is her pride and joy.
