Keith Davis

Having grown up in a military family, Keith Davis has lived most of his life in Virginia after relocating from Detroit, Michigan. He attended Powell Valley High School in Big Stone Gap, VA where he played as inside linebacker and helped lead the football team to two undefeated state championships! He later attended East Tennessee State University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. In addition to being a licensed Tennessee and Virginia real estate agent, Keith has been a personal trainer, most recently working at the Virginian Golf Club. 

Keith loves helping people reach their goals. His time as a personal trainer has allowed him to successfully guide a diverse group of clients through their health and wellness goals. He gets to know his clients by evaluating their situation, squashing obstacles, problem solving, and enforcing a game plan to follow through and help his clients achieve their goals.  All of these are skills Keith looks forward to translating into his real estate career.

Keith was inspired to pursue a career in real estate after years of admiring the beautiful homes located in The Virginian. Keith is a man of faith and believes we are called to love one another, and that love is always doing what is best for others. To redefine real estate, he plans to listen and engage with his clients needs to produce the best possible outcome. His first priority is client satisfaction and comfort throughout the real estate process. Keith wants his clients to feel like they’ve had a fun, easy, and stress-free buying or selling experience, all the while knowing they can count on him every step of the way.

Keith likes staying active, having completed 6 marathons as well as almost every 5k, 8k, and half marathon in the Tri-Cities. He enjoys riding his Peloton, resistance training, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, and spending time with his family doing league bowling on Thursday nights. He has been married to his beautiful, high school sweetheart for the past 20 years and they have three awesome sons, two of which are in college, with the youngest still in high school. Their family has a German Shepherd named Tyson and a cat named Penny. Tyson is a protective dog who loves treats, chews, toys, belly rubs, and barking at everything. Penny knows who is boss, as any cat does, and thinks the world revolves around her. She’s athletic and loves stealing the massage gun and leaving Tyson trapped behind the dog gate when they play.
