He led the NETAR 2025 Leadership Academy and is currently enrolled in the Tennessee REALTORS® A.R.E.A. Leadership Academy, while also serving on the Tennessee REALTORS® Professional Standards and Risk Management Committees. In recognition of his impact, Colby was honored with NETAR’s Realtor of Distinction Award in 2023.

National Association of REALTORS® Official Certification - At Home With Diversity®
At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) is a NAR certification program designed to present a picture of the changing face of the real estate industry. Since 1998, the At Home With Diversity® program has prepared over 20,000 REALTORS® to work effectively with and within today's increasingly diverse pool of homebuyers.
The At Home with Diversity® course is a 6-to-7 hour class that can be taken online or in person and addresses the topics of diversity, fair housing, and business planning development. After successfully completing the course, REALTORS® are eligible to apply for the official AHWD certification, which conveys to clients they're working with a dynamic real estate professional with expertise that transcends cultural barriers.

ABR designation offers ongoing, specialized information, programs, and updates that keep designees knowledgeable on the issues and trends facing home buyers.
National Association of REALTORS® Designation - (RENE) Real Estate Negotiation Expert
The Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certification is for real estate professionals who want to sharpen their negotiation skills. The RENE certification program gives REALTORS® the tips and tools they need to be skillful advocates for their clients.
